Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Currently, we do not ship internationally.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 1 PM MST will be processed the next business day.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location:
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (orders must be placed before 12 PM MST)
You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free shipping is available for select promotions.

What is your return policy?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food items. However, if your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — if there's an issue with your order, we'll issue a refund or resend the item as appropriate. Contact us at support@jerrysnuthouse.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Are your products gluten-free?
Many of our products are gluten-free, but please check each product's description. While we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, all products are made in a facility that handles wheat.
Are your products allergen-safe?
Our facility handles peanuts, tree nuts, soy, dairy, wheat, and sesame. If you have a severe allergy, we recommend caution.

How long do your products stay fresh?
Most products remain fresh for 6–9 months when stored in a cool, dry place. Items like chocolate may be heat-sensitive — we recommend storing them below 70°F.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes! Many of our items can be purchased in gift tins or resealable gift pouches. You'll see these options during checkout.
Can I add a gift note?
Absolutely — just check the gift note box at checkout and add your message.
Do you accept bulk or corporate orders?
